It is with great regret that we say farewell to Earl Pollard – a wonderful man, a great drummer and a friend to many. We send condolences to his family. Earl played many a gig at Roomfulla Blues with band leaders Bullfrog Rata and Laura Collins. From all who played music with him, and from all the audiences who enjoyed listening to him, may Earl rest in peace – we’re sure he’s in drummer heaven.

Earl was one of the nicest guys you could hope to meet in this business. And a sensitive and open-minded musician.
My deepest condolences to his friends and family.
He was a real nice guy and will be sadly missed by many of us around here. His attitude to life was so positive it was a real inspiration to me. RIP.
A true friend, and if you did not know a trout fisherman of some expertise. 30 wonderful seasons with this wonderful man. When i am in the water I will always remeber him.
Very sad to hear this. What a lovely guy. Many fond memories of chatting with Earl at gigs. Unfortunately I only got to play with Earl once but it was a great experience. He had such a good feel he made it easy for the rest of the band to play at their best. Go well brother.
Earl Pollard was a gentleman. He had great ‘feel’ and enormous heart and soul.
sweet dreams. Carol
