What a Festival!
The Wellington Jazz Festival is getting close now and runs from 16th Oct to 20th Oct.
This year, Jack Hackett’s is the only venue you need, as we are bringing you a total of 38 gigs. We can do this because we are using both upstairs in the Capital Blues Lounge at Jack Hackett’s (upstairs), and the Capital Blues Basement at Jack Hackett’s.
And what a line-up we’ve got.
It’s not all jazz. We have a range of funk, soul, ska, Brazilian, big band, soul jazz, modern jazz, trad jazz, combo jazz, bebop jazz, jazz crooners, late-night jams, and of course, blues. It’s a festival within a festival.
Ticketing
Some gigs are ticketed at either $15 or $20. The good news is that Capital Blues Club members can buy each ticket for just $10. You can get your tickets for individual gigs here https://events.humanitix.com/host/capital-blues-inc. There are links underneath each posting too.
